  • Through the glass floor of the loft!
  • That night we went to dinner and a flamenco show at a restaurant in the Albacin.

  • The next day we took a bus up to the Sacromonte neighborhood where in the 19th century residents built their homes in caves excavated from the soft rock of the hillside  -- now a museum.

  • On the way back down we stopped for tapas along the Darro River, one of four rivers that flow through Granada.

  • Later in the day Hannah and Lou went up to the Mirador San Nicolas where there is a great view of the Alhambra with the Sierra Nevada in the background.
  • After putting Hannah and August on the plane back to Barcelona, we went out for dinner, stopping in the bazaar for Mom to drive a hard bargain for some clothes!
  • We ate at a tiny Moroccan restaurant -- yum!

  • In the morning we went to find the UPS store to send a painting August had bought in Cadaques -- taking us through the more modern part of the city.
